Final Review Meeting of the RCA/UNOSSC Project on Electron Beam Applications held on 8-9 June 2021

To celebrate the completion of the RCA/UNOSSC Project on Electron Beam Applications, the Final Review Meeting, in conjunction with the Technical Workshop on E-beam Principles and Applications: Introducing A to Z was held virtually on 8-9 June 2021. A total of fifty-four (54) participants from thirteen (13) RCA Government Parties, UNOSSC and RCARO attended in the event.

Prior to the event, RCARO developed a website dedicated to the online exhibition of the project achievements (rcaunossc.org), where the project overview and national/regional project achievements were displayed.

During the event, which comprised of two sessions, the final review meeeting and technical workshop, the RCA/UNOSSC partnership and the project overview and its progress were presented. National and regional achievements, implecations and ways forward were also shared and discussed. In addition, the participants were provided with informative lectures on the basics, applications and related equipment of electron beam during the workshop.
