RCA e-Learning Campus began its operation

The "RCA e-Learning Campus" has newly been established on the RCA website (http://www.rcaro.org/elearning) and began its operation with a total of 30 e-learning modules on essential knowledge in nuclear medicine. It was conducted as a follow-up initiative of the IAEA TC project, RAS6083 on "Improving patient care and enhancing Government Parties capacity in nuclear medicine programmes in RCA region," with intent to optimize the outputs of the project and provide sustainable education. Over 36 nuclear medicine experts, including the NPCs of RAS6083, participated in the development of the online education modules in specialized areas, namely cardiopulmonary, endocrinology, neurology, neuro-oncology, oncology, physics and theranostics.

The RCA e-Learning Campus provides open access to benefit a larger number of nuclear medicine experts, which is expected to contribute to facilitating and strengthening the capabilities of nuclear medicine in the region.
