Application Guide
The objective of this e-Learning course is to share technical and practical knowledge on radiation policy & safety, research reactor technology, radiation technology and its applications etc. to technical or managerial professionals from target countries who are directly involved in the field of radiation application technology in government authorities, R&D institutes, and regulatory bodies.
This training course is open to about 30 participants from the RCA Government Parties. Each Government Party will be able to nominate four or five candidates.
The e-Learning course will take place for two weeks and offers kick-off and closing meetings, 24-recorded lectures, Q&As, country report on-line presentations, and an achievement test. The lectures will cover the followings:
- Week 1: Introduction, Radiation Policy & Safety, Neutron Beam Application
- Week 2: Radiation Technology and its Applications, Effective Public Communication
Participants with excellent grades will have the opportunity to participate in the offline course to be held in Korea later this year.
(Please kindly note that the offline course will be held only when the COVID-19 pandemic situation gets better.)
