The 28th Meeting of National RCA Representatives (NRM) will be held in 27-31 March 2006 at Amari Boulevard Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. National RCA Representatives from 17 RCA Member States together with representatives from RCARO and IAEA will discuss current policy matters of RCA, in particular the RCA programme for 2007-08 cycles and the RCA Medium Term Strategy. The Meeting, co-organized by the IAEA and the Government of Thailand.

During the 28th NRM, an RCA Scientific Forum with special focus on nuclear human resources development will be held with presentations by invited speakers. The Scientific Forum is scheduled in the forenoon of 29 March (Wednesday) at the venue. Besides the Scientific Forum, there will be an exhibition that will display various beneficial applications of nuclear techniques for agricultural, industrial, medical and environmental purposes in order to promote a better understanding about the peaceful nuclear technology to the public.
