In an effort to increase RCA awareness and in order to promote possible partnerships with Korean nuclear related industries, RCARO had a presentation meeting on 19 March 2003 at Seoul Palace Hotel. More than 20 representatives from local nuclear related industry have participated and exchanged views on how they could be positioned for possible association with RCA projects.

Participants at the meeting included representatives from Korea Atomic Industrial Forum (KAIF), radiation processing company, NDT related companies, radiation measuring equipment manufacturing companies, nuclear power related companies, and so on. At the meeting, RCARO made presentations on RCA and RCARO activities and encouraged local industry to jointly develop new programmes for the benefit of the Member States and the region.
